Hiring Context
As part of its rapid growth acceleration in France, COROS is looking to strengthen its visibility and engagement within local endurance sports communities.
The France Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping and driving the brand’s socialmedia strategy in France, with a strong focus on differentiation in a highly competitive market.
The position aims to build an authentic, engaging, and locally relevant brand voice around COROS products, athletes, and sports culture, while ensuring consistency with the company’s global campaigns and brand standards.
In a fully remote and international environment, the role requires strong autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and daily cross-functional collaboration with global marketing, design, video, and operations teams.
Missions
1. Define and drive COROS France social media strategy
● Own and manage the French social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Strava
● Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and product launches
● Identify creative content needs and coordinate with internal teams
● Track content performance and monitor reporting metrics
2. Build and engage the COROS community in France
● Interact daily with the French community across social media platforms
● Respond to messages and comments related to products, features, sports, and brand news
● Develop both inspirational and educational content showcasing how COROS products support athletes’ performance goals
● Ensure an authentic and engaging brand voice aligned with endurance sports communities
3. Monitor trends and ensure content excellence
● Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep COROS ahead of the market
● Maintain a high level of attention to detail across copywriting, creative assets, scheduling, and deadlines
● Stay closely connected to the endurance sports ecosystem and French professional racing calendar to ensure relevant and authentic content
● Review and validate French official channel content, including website pages and CRM/newsletter content, in collaboration with translation and marketing teams
Expected profile.
Background
● You have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within sports or consumer brands
● You possess excellent French copywriting skills and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
● You have already managed and grown engaged communities across multiple social platforms
● You are passionate about sports technology and regularly use a GPS watch and/or bike computer
Skills
● You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● You demonstrate strong attention to detail across content management and brand communications
● You are comfortable working in a reactive environment requiring occasional flexibility during events, launches, and campaigns
● You possess a strong understanding of the endurance sports ecosystem and professional racing landscape

Full-time remote position based in France.

Permanent contract (CDI)
Fixed salary: €40,000–€45,000 gross annual salary
25 paid vacation days + 12 RTT days per year
