Context & Recruitment Stakes
Mouratoglou International is looking for a driven, commercially minded and highly resilient Director to lead the development of its US business. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives on challenge, growth and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, managing and scaling a fast-growing business across multiple sites in a competitive and rapidly evolving market. We are looking for someone with the ambition to take ownership, the stamina to operate in a demanding environment, and the commercial instinct to turn opportunities into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Development
Lead the development and execution of the US strategy.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Support expansion plans, including partnerships, franchise opportunities and new locations.
2. Operations & Team Leadership
Build, structure and manage high-performing teams.
Ensure operational excellence across all activities.
Monitor performance, set clear objectives and deliver against ambitious targets.
3. Commercial Growth & Brand
Drive commercial growth through strong B2C sales initiatives.
Develop a strong customer experience aligned with Mouratoglou standards.
Act as a strong ambassador for the Mouratoglou brand in the US and internationally.
Profile
👉 Minimum 5 years' experience in management, sales, operations or business development, ideally in sports club management, franchise or multi-site operations.
👉 Proven track record in B2C sales
👉 Knowledge of the US market appreciated, French profiles welcome, visa sponsorship provided.

Contract, Location, Remote Work & Start Date
Contract : permanent contract
Location : Miami, Florida. 50% Miami HQ / 50% travel across clubs.
Start date : ASAP.
