Context & Recruitment Stakes
This is a founding role. As the first hire on site in Cincinnati, the Padel Club Manager will build the center from the ground up : assembling the team, establishing the culture, and driving both operations and commercial performance from day one. The role is hands-on, entrepreneurial and highly visible within the group. French profiles are welcome. Visa sponsorship is provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Customer Experience
Oversee daily operations across all areas: courts, front desk, pro shop, food & beverage, locker rooms and common areas
Ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance and compliance with US regulations
Implement Mouratoglou operational procedures and quality standards
Optimize court scheduling, utilization and player flow
Handle customer feedback, issues and service recovery
2. Commercial Development & Business Development
Drive revenue growth through court bookings, coaching programs, events and tournaments
Develop and sell memberships, B2C and corporate (privatizations, company offers)
Prospect and convert local businesses, universities and sports communities into partners
Manage pro shop and food & beverage sales
Animate the social life of the club: leagues, clinics, tournaments, youth programs and social events
3. Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train and manage a multidisciplinary team (front desk, coaches, F&B staff)
Build schedules, support payroll and ensure local HR compliance
Develop a culture of excellence, hospitality and teamwork
Track and analyze KPIs: revenue, margins, costs, court occupancy
Execute local marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Profile
👉 2 to 3 years' experience in sports facility management, hospitality or a commercially driven environment. Recent graduates with strong commercial instincts are welcome.
👉 Strong commercial drive : prospecting, selling memberships and activating a local community is the heart of the role.
👉 First experience managing or coordinating a team is a plus.
👉 Knowledge of the Cincinnati area and its local business ecosystem is a real advantage.
👉 Passion for racket sports and padel experience are a strong plus.

Position in the Organization
Direct report to the CEO. Corporate position based in Miami, with 50% of time spent across the three clubs (Boston, Cincinnati, Indianapolis).
