A flagship e-commerce site serving global markets (Europe, USA, UK, Asia)
Five owned retail stores in : Nice, Paris, Munich, Palma de Mallorca and Bédoin Mont Ventoux

Context & Recruitment Challenges
To support its expansion, Café du Cycliste is looking for a global marketing leader who can drive profitable growth across both digital and non-digital channels while protecting and elevating our premium brand identity.
This strategic and hands-on role is suitable for either an experienced, very hands-on CMO or a high-potential "soon-to-be CMO" (Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Performance with strong brand sensitivity). You will work closely with the product, e-commerce, CRM and retail teams.
Missions
Define and Execute Global Growth Strategy
Own global marketing performance (MER, growth, efficiency).
Balance brand building with performance marketing to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Collaborate with Finance on budgets, forecasting, and KPIs.
2. Drive Acquisition & Retention (Hands-on)
Personally oversee and execute digital acquisition: Meta (IG/FB), Google (Search / Shopping / PMAX), and YouTube.
Lead CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo mindset).
Ensure strong alignment between paid media, e-commerce conversion, and CRM.
3. Brand Narrative & Omnichannel Consistency
Live the brand narrative and storytelling, ensuring consistency across campaigns, e-commerce, CRM, and retail.
Evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, events, partnerships, and offline initiatives.
4. Leadership & Team Building
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Operate as a "player-coach": capable of defining the vision while executing technically when needed.
Expected profile
Profile
👉 5–8+ years of experience in D2C, ideally within Premium, Cycling, Outdoor, or Fashion industries.
👉 Proven experience in international scaling.
👉 Essential technical mastery of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads): you must be able to launch and optimize your own campaigns.
👉 Strong performance and data culture (focus on MER rather than just last-click ROAS).
👉 Aesthetic sensibility: understanding that storytelling and brand-safe growth matter as much as performance metrics.
